But Gerard Butler will be hoping no one sees a resemblance between himself and his squish-faced pug, who he was spotted taking for a walk in West Hollywood on Thursday. The strikingly handsome Dracula 2000 star would be a disappointed man indeed if it turns out he is in fact beginning to develop a likeness for his adorable pooch Lolita.
The 45-year-old beefcake was looking good for his age in a dressed down ensemble of grey shirt, jeans and casual shoes. Despite their mutual love, Gerry, who hails from the glamorous Renfrewshire town of Paisley, has previously admitted he sometimes feels a little embarrassed to be seen in the company of his mutt. He said: ''It's weird because I never thought about [how small she was] when I got it, and I fell in love with it and basically adopted it. 'But then suddenly when I saw the first paparazzi photos...and she barely comes up to my ankle and it's like, "What are we doing together?"'
