Вчера, 16 декабря, состоялась еще одна премьера фильма, на которой присутствовали Том Харди, Донал Глисон, Уилл Поултер и Леонардо ДиКаприо. Да-да, мы сейчас говорим о экранизации одноимённого романа Майкла Панке 2003 года, сценарий был написан Иньярриту и Марком Л. Смитом, и частично основан на жизни колониста Хью Гласса. Колониста сыграл Лео, а вот роль второго плана досталась Тому Харди. Очень приятно снова видеть молодежь - Донал Глисон и Уилл Поултер составили компанию именитым актерам. Снова завязывается интрига с номинациями на награждение - повезет в этот раз ДиКаприо или его снова прокатят с Оскаром. Два Золотых глобуса у него уже есть, и если в 2016 году награда не найдет своего героя, то ему останется только расслабиться и философски посмотреть на это голливудское шоу. Китайский кинотеатр TCL Chinese Theatre и кинокампания 20th Century Fox and Regency Enterprises представили фильм "Выживший" (The Revenant) в Голливуде. Prepping for award season? Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy look dapper for red carpet premiere of their film The Revenant
There is already plenty of Oscar buzz surrounding their latest project. And Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy look like they are already prepared for award season. The two talented actors looked dapper as they hit the red carpet for the Los Angeles premiere of The Revenant on Wednesday night.
Her medium-length brunette tresses were worn down into waves flowing over her shoulder as she was wearing natural, complimentary make-up on her face topped off with a swipe of bright red lip. The cast was also joined by Oscar winning director Alejandro González Iñárritu at the star-studded gala event. Perhaps Leo will finally taste Oscar gold as he recently talked about the lengths he went through for his method acting in this role of real life frontiersman Hugh Glass.
The Titanic star told Variety that he refused to eat a fake liver (made from jelly) created by his props department. Instead, Leo insisted on eating a raw slab of bison liver to illicit an authentic reaction for a scene in his upcoming historical epic The Revenant. The movie star's legal team and agents had to clear the stunt before the Titanic star could partake of the potentially disease ridden organ.
Of the experience Leo says: 'The bad part is the membrane around it. It's like a balloon. When you bite into it, it bursts in your mouth.' The actor was nominated by the Golden Globes on Thursday for Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama for his performance in the frontier drama.
The film is set for release on January 8 in the United States, with a limited release opening on Christmas Day.
