Подруги и жены у наших бритишей все как на подбор - самостоятельные, целеустремленные, талантливые и красивые. Про Рэйчел Вайс еще можно добавить - оскароносная! Итак, живя в Нью-Йорке, актрисе не пришлось далеко ходить, чтобы представить свой новый фильм "Бегущая от реальности" (Complete Unknown) сначала на премьере, которая состоялась 23 августа в Нью-Йорке, а потом еще и на шоу "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" 25 августа. Там актриса поведала, что иногда некоторые эпизоды в фильме происходили у нее и в реальной жизни, а так же немного рассказала о своем сыне, который, увы, не особо интересуется работой своей мамы. А вот Роуз Лейсли вызвала фурор среди фанатов своим шотландским акцентом на передаче канала CBS "This Morning". Оказывается, актриса родилась и жила в Шотландии, а потом ее отдали в частный интернат в Сомерсете. И как только она начала говорить своим натуральным голосом, студия и твиттер передачи взорвались небывалым количеством комплиментов для Роуз. А еще актриса рассказала немного о романе с Китом Харингтоном, посетовав на то, что у них график съемок совпадает и они видятся только в режиме Facetime, но это для них обязательно. Акцент и любовная лирика чуть было не увели ведущих от главной темы, а ведь Роуз представляла свой новый фильм "Морган" (Morgan). Rachel Weisz‘s hair flows in the wind as she arrives for an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday (August 25) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actress pre-recorded her appearance to coincide with the release of her film Complete Unknown, in theaters TODAY (August 26)!

In a recent interview with Net-A-Porter magazine, Rachel revealed what her 10-year-old son thinks of her acting career.

“I’m his mum, so of course he’s uninterested,” she told the mag. “I don’t think he wants to see me turned into someone else. That would be if I’m analyzing it, though; he’s never told me that.”

'She had us all fooled!' Fans are shocked by Rose Leslie's 'posh' accent as she speaks out on her Kit Harington romance on This Morning

She played a Wildling in Game Of Thrones and a Yorkshire maid in Downton Abbey. So viewers of This Morning were a little shocked to hear Rose Leslie's real life accent when she appeared on Wednesday's episode of the ITV show. The actress had fans taking to Twitter to dissect her 'posh' accent as she spoke about her career and her relationship with GoT co-star Kit Harington.

Rose, 29, was on the show to talk about her new movie Morgan, but viewers were distracted by her accent, with one fan tweeting: 'Am genuinely shocked at how different Rose Leslie sounds to her game of thrones character.'

Another added: '@RoseLeslie's accent is messing with my head.'  

'Never get over the fact Rose Leslie is Scottish, speaks like the Queen and had us all fooled with her wilding accent,' pointed out another.  

Hosts Eammon Holmes and Ruth Langsford were quick to ask Rose about her ability to master accents, with the actress, who adds an American accent to her repertoire in her new film, quipping: 

'This is the real me. Bizarrely enough I'm from Scotland, born and raised. I was sent to boarding school in Somerset.'

'I love it, I think it's really wonderful to escape from your own voice and take on someone's else's persona.'     

Rose also spoke about the huge roles she's landed, as Ygritte in GoT and Gwen in Downton, admitting she had no idea at the time how successful both shows would be.   

'At that time I was very excited just because it was a gig for six months', she said of her first year on the Downton set. 'I'd never been employed for that amount of time.'

It was on the Game of Thrones set that Rose met her boyfriend Kit Harington, with the couple confirming their romance earlier this year. She admitted their busy schedules keep them apart, with Kit still away for much of the year shooting GoT while she left the series in 2013. 

'It's kind of an embarrassment of riches whereby both of us are working, it's wonderful to be busy but we make it work, Facetime is a must,' she said of how the two actors stay in touch.
